Ruta Mariana de Aragón is the crossroad between important spiritual centres like Lourdes, Santiago or Fátima. The communication progress and the increasing flow of pilgrims through the route Mariana El Pilar-Torreciudad-Lourdes has placed this itinerary at the same relevancy as destinies like Santiago, Montserrat and Fátima. This route, which combines cultural and religious interests, links Zaragoza, Lourdes (just 5 hours trip by car) and several temples.

Torreciudad is the name of a secular ad vocation Mariana from Alto Aragón. Since XI century it has been venerated the Romanic image of the hermitage. The Temple Mariano, promoted by San José María Escrivá de Balaguer, creator of Opus Dei, was opened in 1975, due to the assistance and collaboration of thousands of pilgrims. The building is made on brick, using the traditional construction stile from Aragón, and it has a strong tower and a monumental altarpiece made on alabaster. It is open during the whole yea:

Bierge, Morrano, Rodellar: It is highly recommended to visit la Iglesia Parroquial de Santiago Apóstol  (s. XVI), la Ermita de San Fructuoso (s. XIII) y el Centro de Interpretación de la Sierra y los Cañones de Guara.

Laluenga, Ponzano, Lascellas, etc.: a singular route with incredible well and fountains that since the middle age supplied all these villages with water.

Ruta de los Árboles Monumentales: Incredible trees scattered across the region with the millenarian oak or the great olive of Colunga.

El Monasterio del Pueyo: A monastery located on a conic hill of 603 metres high. The current sanctuary is of primitive gothic stile, brought by Cisterns monks from the south of France in the end of XIII century. The construction of the temple, could be fixed between 1.275 and 1.300.

Las Salinas de Naval: There are two salines near the village that are very famous due to their age. Currently it is use the one of La Rolda which is besides the river Lastre and in summer there is a Bar and a swimming pool with salt water. The ancient Alfolíes, or salt warehouse, are beside the Plaza Mayor, and are from 1274.
